Applications for the City of Davenport's Urban Homestead program are now being accepted.
The program is for houses at located at 1412 W. 15th St., and 1501 Eastern Ave., with the
West 15th Street house listed at $120,000, and the
Eastern Avenue house at $85,000. Here is the
