Beginning, Monday, August 12th, E Locust St will be reduced to one lane of travel in each direction between Iowa St and Grand Ave. The lane reduction is necessary for street resurfacing.

Work is estimated to be complete by Monday, September 30th pending weather and subsurface conditions.
