Where to Park
Downtown Parking
Easier to Find Than Your Car Keys!
Ramps Ramps are a great way to park because when you're in a ramp, you'll never have to go out and plug your meter! Ramps are the safest and most consistently convenient way to park downtown.
Metered Parking More than 1,100 metered spaces in Downtown Davenport offer downtown goers 30 minutes (identified by a yellow top) two, three and ten hour parking.
Cost: Meters within the center of downtown cost $1.00 per hour, while those within walking distance of downtown are $0.60. Covered meter parking is available on the south side of the parking ramp located at 202 Harrison Street for just $0.75 per hour.
Free Off-Street Parking
The City of Davenport provides three free parking options near the downtown.
In the Village of East Davenport parking is free at the lot located at the northeast corner of Mound Street and River Drive and in front of the Texaco station on Jersey Ridge.
Parking for Persons with Disabilities
Parking spaces for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are conveniently located throughout the City and next to the elevator in all of our ramps. Properly display your state-issued "Parking for PWD's" hangtag to assure you are not ticketed. And remember, the hangtag does not exempt you from parking fees or time limit restrictions. |
