Davenport Junior Theatre - As the second oldest children's theatre in America, Davenport Junior Theatre has been committed to "Theatre for kids, by kids" since 1951. Our classes, camps, workshops, Mainstage Series, and summer repertory program develop children's ability to speak clearly, confidently, and creatively. We teach them to dream big and have fun! Dance - Key to being healthy is activity that you enjoy for a lifetime. Dance develops coordination, muscle strength, balance, confidence, and creative expression. Whether you are taking the social dance floor or leaping on to the stage floor, the variety of dance styles offered can prepare you for those unforgettable moments in your life.
Clowning - A tradition that dates back for almost a millennium, the technique of clown will have you comfortable in any social setting in no time. Develop performance techniques that will allow you to relax and lead a crowd. Best of all, you'll develop routines and characters of your very own to share with family and friends!

Over the past few years our park users, golf course players, and residents may have noticed changes in the way some of our parks, golf courses, and green spaces are being managed and maintained. We term this naturalization. Naturalization is a process by which a disturbed site is restored to its natural heritage and ecological function by encouraging the establishment of native plant species.
