Parking Ticket Payments

About Us

The parking division will be washing the River Center ramp along with the Fire Department on Saturday morning May 16th beginning at 6 am. All vehicles will need to be removed from the ramp during this time. The ramp will re-open approximately 2 pm.

The City of Davenport's parking division is undergoing several new and exciting changes. All of our efforts are geared towards helping you to enjoy your experience in the downtown.

 2-hour hood

We have launched our "pilot parking" program.  With this you will see two different "free parking" areas in our downtown region. 

First is the two hour free parking areas, signaled with a green bag that states "Free 2-Hour Parking." This area has a boundary of River to 5th Street, and from Iowa to Scott Street. These spaces allow you to enjoy two hours of free parking.

 

All parking spaces, metered or not, within the 2-hour free areas are subject to the pilot program rules.
"PLEASE NOTE HOURS OF ENFORCEMENT DURING THIS PROGRAM ARE 7AM - 5PM Monday thru Friday"

 

24-hour hoodOutside of the core area are other formerly metered spaces with brown meter bags that say "Free 24-Hour Parking" on them. These brown bags will be on meters outside of the core in the downtown. In these spaces, you can park free up to 24 hours.

We have also installed way-finding signs to help you locate our low cost and convenient parking ramps. The signs are located in several areas throughout the downtown.  The ramps will also be experiencing  significant security improvements in the next few months; including the installation of additional cameras.

Ramps are a great way to park because when you're in a ramp, you'll never have to go out and plug your meter! Ramps are the safest and most consistently convenient way to park downtown.
