The Davenport Parks and Recreation Department offers three public golf courses, designed and maintained to satisfy all types of golfing interests. Golfers may test their skills on our 9-hole course, or select from one of our more challenging 18-hole courses. More than 100,000 rounds are played on these courses each year. Come on out and check us out.
The Davenport Parks and Recreation Department is looking forward to the 2010 golf season with continued improvement of the playing conditions at Duck Creek, Emeis and Red Hawk Golf Courses. The City of Davenport Parks and Recreation is dedicated to constantly improving our three courses to provide the highest quality and best experience for the golfers of Davenport and the surrounding areas. To help achieve this goal, we require soft spikes as a way of enhancing the putting surfaces at all courses.
*Closure of Credit Island Golf Course* The City of Davenport Parks and Recreation, as advised by the Credit Island Task Force, has made the decision to discontinue golfing operations at Credit Island due to repeated yearly floodings.
THANK YOU for helping us improve your golf courses!
