Weather and an issue with asphalt production has delayed resurfacing the two left/west lanes of Brady St between River Dr and 7th St. The contractor was able to apply the first asphalt layer, however application of a second layer is still necessary.  This will result in 3 hour rolling closures at each street, alley and driveway intersection west of Brady along this stretch on May 15th and 16th.  Motorists should consider an alternate route on these dates.

Finish work in these lanes will follow resurfacing.  Staff anticipates all work in the two left/west lanes of Brady will be complete on or by May 23rd, with work flipping to the two right/east lanes on May 24th.

  • Weather permitting, westbound travel restrictions through the 2nd St intersection should be removed on or about Thu Apr 27th
  • Staff anticipates all work in the two left/west lanes will be complete on or by May 15th, at which time work will flip to the two east lanes.
