Online Bill Presentment – Available NOW!

Davenport citizens now have a more secure and convenient option for making online payments to the City.  The City has partnered with eGov Enterprise Payments to develop an integrated digital bill presentment and payment portal – available via web – allowing citizens convenient 24/7 access to view, manage and pay utility bills.

The new solution leverages sophisticated technology to guarantee transaction security and citizen convenience. City residents can view bills, manage their account information, look-up utility records and complete transactions with a collection of popular credit and debit cards in the City of Davenport’s website, The new service and credit card transactions are offered at no cost to residents.

Davenport residents have long carried confidence in their in-person transactions with office staff. Now they can be assured of the same security in obtaining account access and processing payments conveniently online. The Finance Department is always looking for ways to make its operation more convenient and less costly for our citizens and other users of government services. In today’s economic times, the ability to improve service without adding cost to run government is imperative. This new system does just that.

The online credit card acceptance system also allows for:

  •          Quick payment with real time authorization on various payment methods (major credit card, debit cards and e-checks)
  •          Service is offered at no cost to residents.
  •          Environmentally sound business practices that reduce paper usage
  •          Convenient 24/7 payment options from your home or office eliminating travel time and costs
  •          Peace of mind with industry-leading security
  •          Have access to the previous 12 months invoices.
  •          The City of Davenport is here to provide sustainable, cost-efficient and convenient government.
