The Riverfront Improvement Commission is seeking requests for proposals for leasing the former Food Hub space in the Freight House Market Place complex located at 421 West River Drive.
The first of two open houses to see the space is Thursday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. A second is scheduled for Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The space is available is approximately 2,200 square feet on the first floor and 1,600 square feet on the second floor. Both spaces have partial kitchens, and some equipment may be negotiable.
Deadline for proposals is 2 p.m. on Nov. 29.
The Freight House was built in 1917 and is now home to Front Street Brewery Tap Room, Nostalgia Farms Fresh Deli and the Freight House Farmer’s Market.
