Residents may see work occurring along Duck Creek and the recreational path between Hickory Grove and Jersey Ridge Roads over the coming months.

The work being performed is the first phase of the Duck Creek South Interceptor Rehabilitation Project and includes cleaning and inspecting the sewer main located along the south side of Duck Creek.

The contractor will be using the bike path for access, but the path should remain open for use during this phase.

Later this spring, the contractor should begin mobilizing for next phases which includes sewer lining and manhole rehabilitation.  The entire project will not be complete until the fall of 2019.
