Posted on 02/28/2020
Commercial DREAM Project logoThe City of Davenport is now accepting applications for the Commercial DREAM project to strengthen and revitalize older corridors by investing in and improving distressed commercial buildings.

The Commercial DREAM project, funded through Community Development Block Grants, encourages private investment in exterior improvements, enhances neighborhoods, strengthens businesses and rehabilitates or restores buildings’ original character. Projects must address exterior building code violations or improve blighting conditions on the building.
