Red White and Boom Event Details

Red White and Boom Fireworks happens on Wednesday, July 3rd at 9:30 pm.  There are several viewing areas across the Quad Cities.

Viewing areas in Davenport are limited due to recent flooding.  The best place to view the show is at Modern Woodmen Park. Admission is free of charge. Parking in downtown ramps is free to visitors from 5:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. for the event.

Visitors may park on-street in the Downtown area (where not posted otherwise) and in the Florian Keen or the River's Edge parking lot for free.  The City's Parking Ramps will also be free between 5 pm Wednesday, July 3rd and 12:00 am, Thursday, July 4th. 

Visitors may also watch the show:

  • By boat, Marquette Boat Ramp/Launching area is open.
  • At the Rock Island Arsenal, CitiBus is offering a free shuttle service (some ID requirements apply).
  • At Schwiebert Riverfront Park, in Rock Island.

If you go, please be reminded the Skybridge is closed and will not be available for viewing.
