Brady St between Dover Ct and Columbia - Lane Closure Beg 07/22

Beginning Monday, July 22nd, the east lane of Brady between Dover Ct and Columbia will be closed. The lane is estimated to re-open later in the week.

Also occurring late next week, around July 24th or 25th, Lombard will be closed between Brady and Main St for approximately three days.

 

Locust St head to head traffic over Jersey Ridge Rd

Traffic on Locust St at the Jersey Ridge Rd Bridge is head to head for bridge repairs. Work is estimated to be complete around Thursday, July 25th.

 

US 67 Centennial Bridge Lane Closure Beg 07/22

Beginning Monday, July 22nd through Thursday, July 25th from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM the Illinois Department of Transportation will close the Iowa bound outside lane on US 67 / Centennial Bridge for a bridge inspection.

On-going Work

Work Continues On

  • The railroad bridges on E 13th and Elm Streets remain closed due to structural insufficiency.
  • E 36th will closed just west of Davenport Ave to just east of the Old Town Mall for street reconstruction through mid-August.

I-74 Construction Updates and Alerts
Bike Path

The Riverfront Recreational Trail between Bettendorf and Credit Island is now open. Be aware debris remains adjacent to many sections along the path. On-going cleanup is taking place. 

The Quad City River Bandits may be hosting post game fireworks throughout the baseball season. The bike path along the riverfront between Gaines and Beiderbecke will be closed temporarily during the fireworks. Timing of the fireworks and closure are after the 8th inning, once fireworks are complete the bike path will re-opened.

Tentative Fireworks dates: 07/19, 07/26, 08/09 & 08/16.
