The Davenport DREAM Project is a neighborhood restoration program that hopes to inspire a renewed interest in the unique architecture and character found in the city of Davenport's heritage neighborhoods. Because of the program's success, the City of Davenport now offers three different DREAM programs that offer residents and business owners funds to build vibrant spaces within the city, while engaging and building a more connected community. The City of Davenport is launching the seventh round of the residential Davenport DREAM Project and will be investing $900,000 into these projects.
